For Pioneer Day we went to Fort Buenaventura like we did last year. Although... it was a lot better last year. Carter rode the train and we walked around to the different pioneer booths. It was fun but extremely HOT! Later that night we went to the Shaffers house (Bob & Luann's) for a yummy homemade Chinese dinner buffet. After dinner we had ice cream and did fireworks. It was a fun day!

one of things i miss MOST about being back East is celebrating the Fourth of July and Pioneer Day!
