Here comes Carter Cottontail...

I just barely got Carter's one year old pictures done but I couldn't resist taking him and getting some done in his super cute Easter outfit! He DID NOT want the bunny ears on but we got a couple of shots. Mark was NOT happy with the bunny ears on Carter either but he is only a baby once right? I am really excited to share Easter with Carter this year. He loves playing with the plastic eggs and my mom is setting up an Easter egg hunt for him at her house. He is so much fun these days... my favorite thing that he does right now is he always comes and lays his head on my lap or my arms and "cuddles" for a second. Then he goes and plays and comes and does it again. So cute!

Exciting News!!!

I bet you were wondering when you saw the title if we were pregnant huh?

Well, you were right...

WE ARE PREGNANT!!!

So, I just barely took the test last night and according to the due date calculators online our new little bundle of joy will be here around the first week of December! I never really wanted to have a baby in December because it is such a busy month but now I am actually kind of excited.

And no, we were not trying. This means that Carter and his new brother or sister will be 22 months apart.

April Fools!!!

Ahh, good times... good times. I didn't have a blog when I got pregnant with Carter so this was kind of fun. Just in case anybody is confused.. I am NOT pregnant! I also got Mark pretty bad today by telling him I got in a car accident. It was so funny and I totally fooled him. Sucker! Have a great April Fools Day! Oh, and Happy Birthday Mom!
